Our electric fan kit picked up 21 rwhp on a supercharged 5.3L Colorado!!

So my question next is for those of us not fortunate enough to have supercharged 5.3's, how much hp will the efan kit provide on bone stock 5.3's?

I'm gonna have to say roughly the same. The Supercharger doesn't really play into effect here...

They routinely pick up 20 or more on TBSSs...

Ok I have to play dumb here. I am much more of a boat guy and although boaters would kill for 20 additional hp, in reality that much on the water does very little in overall performance. What kind of extra dead stop acceleration would be gained with 20 extra hp on a swb bone stock tv with the 5.3. How about passing acceleration? I think the 2007's variety is stock at 303 hp and 330 tq.

I'm not sure about all the incremental breakdowns. lol All I can do is provide you with horsepower gains and show you a graph of where it picked up what.

It ought to get you a tenth or two at the dragstrip, though, I do know that!
