Hey Chris - as a side note, this is something I've done so that I can silence my phone but if one or two people call me in an emergency I'll know to pick it up.

If you have a phone that you can download or create ring tones for download one that is just a few seconds of silence. Set the dispatch center contact to a unique ring tone. When you go to the movies set the default ring tone to silent. If somebody calls you it will be silent except for a call from the dispatch center.
