Damn, tensioner pullies are mean and don't cooperate with old short breaker bars. The Mustang is in the process of shredding a belt and I was gonna look at the belt and figure a technique out on removing/replacing it before buying the new belt. Couldn't get the tensioner to budge and the breaker bar slipped out which made me punch the ribs of a pulley, Fords aren't fun. But I also tried on the TB to see if I was doing something wrong or if the Ford tensioner was locked up, couldn't move it either but at least the breaker bar didn't slip. Might invest in a real tensioner tool.

Doing okay. Had first follow up yesterday. For those that didn't know or I didn't explain, while in the loaner car there was a carjacking gone bad. Guy was at the passenger-side wanting my wallet. I didn't have one and offered him anything and everything including the car. He started to get in the passenger door. I know that if they are in the car with you they are going to kill you. I took off and his shotgun fired. It tore up my left hand (and I am left-handed). Two surgeries so far. I'm pretty lucky that it didn't take the face, the abdomen, or the legs. I am amazed it didn't hit my lower leg or ankle seeing where it exited the drivers door. This is the drivers door on a 2014 Camry.

Yes, CA has open carry. If I was going to carry, though, I'd want concealed permit. Personally, it's not likely that I would carry. Too many potential issues with open carry in neighborhoods where you have psychos that show up pointing a gun at you. While I would have preferred this idiot shoot himself versus shooting me, a second gun might have simply had him pull the trigger before asking questions. And, for this particular situation, I was in the car. Open carry laws state the gun would have had to have been out of my reach (in the trunk). It's not likely that I would have been walking in that neighborhood at night.
