Damn, tensioner pullies are mean and don't cooperate with old short breaker bars. The Mustang is in the process of shredding a belt and I was gonna look at the belt and figure a technique out on removing/replacing it before buying the new belt. Couldn't get the tensioner to budge and the breaker bar slipped out which made me punch the ribs of a pulley, Fords aren't fun. But I also tried on the TB to see if I was doing something wrong or if the Ford tensioner was locked up, couldn't move it either but at least the breaker bar didn't slip. Might invest in a real tensioner tool.
