After Batman begins came out I told my aunt that the batmobile in that movie was the "shit". So for Christmas that year she got me one. I still have it in the box.

I forgot my phone today, so I cant waste time that way. Guess it is more whoring...
 
It is amazing how even with a computer and office phone on the desk, I feel un-reachable without the cell phone. There is an issue somewhere in that.

Everybody has a set of thresholds beyond which they WON'T go back and get their cell. Mine on weekends when I'm going out for local errands is about 1/2 mile. For longer weekend trips, maybe 3 miles. For a work day when I'm needing the phone to help somebody in the field, probably 10 miles. For overnight trips offroad, I'd never leave it because it's a mission-critical piece of safety gear and on the go/no-go checklist if I'm alone.

My wife on the other hand, can go a day or two not checking voicemails or texts. Ten relatives could die and she wouldn't know. So I'm the one to remind her to pick her phone off the charger and carry it, IF ONLY TO CALL ME OR AAA if she had a car problem she couldn't fix. She would never turn around to get her phone because she's never notice it wasn't with her. :no:
 
Ah the no cell phone dilemma I can definitely relate to that. I actually carry 2 phones one belongs to work. When I forget the one for work I kind of hate leaving the desk since we can get our emails on there and I hate coming back to my desk just to turn around and go to where I the same area I was at.
 
Ahh... The wife brought my phone and daughter to lunch.:wootwoot: I got my phone back for the rest of the day, but really woulda rather had my baby here to entertain me for the afternoon. Too bad the boss would likely frown on that.:biggrin:
 
My cell's always within reach. If it's not, I move it closer.

Ya just never know when you need it.
