Garth you should get Dash Command. I love it so far, but my dumbass forgot to buy a mount for it so I can't see the stats as I'm driving lol. Need to order one today

The week I bought my 08 swb at 127,000 we took it to Missouri and I got 24mpg
I'd stab someone to get 24 mpg! I get 13.5 if the whole week is city, about 14 or so when I have a longer (50 miles each way at least) highway run.

Will it do a flipped mode display so you can use it like a heads up display? If so, get some velcro, mount it over the gauge pod so it shows in your windshield.

It can flip various ways, but I'd rather have it face me

A couple big rubber bands or hair bands to hold it to your passenger side visor until your mount comes. Just flip it up when you're not in the car and it's hidden from view.

You will have to learn not to "read angry".
I know, first thing they told me in 1997 when I started to hang online. "Lighten up and don'
t take it personally, it's just fk internet dude"

So I never "read angry" just :poke:

Yeah, I've been meaning to get a Bluetooth dongle, was planning on torque though.

There's only one version, it IS free, but for 30min. If you want it to work after that you gotta pay for the full version

Technically to get full use of torque you need to pay but for what garth wants the free version will work just fine.

Only reason I go with crutchfield is because it comes with everything you need.

And Chris, you're pretty much right. Plus if I wanted to buy torque it's 5 something, so cheaper than dash command.

I have had very good experiences with Crutchfield. My first purchase from them was early 1985. Blaupunkt car stereo. Bought home stereo, mobile audio, and other stuff. Always got prices within a few dollars of low advertised prices and great service.

You might check out pricegrabber.com, and resellerratings.com if you find a good price from a site you don't know.

Capote - you seem more wound up than usual. All ok? You've got my # if you need or want).

OMG!! What you whores pissing on and on about the gas tanks. Check your RPO codes maybe you have like me 8E1 - FUEL ADDITIONAL 3 GALLON if so your tank will probably hold about 22 gallon on the SWB TBs instead of 18.7 like the internet say.
