Have a noob question for you more tech savvy gents. Changed the oil in my sisters vehicle, it calls for 5w30 but didn't realize until after cleaning up that the new oil was 5w20. Do you think it will be okay to run 5w20 until the next change? Yep, hand me my noob card back.

Nothing sketchy. They start the cars, you listen, you look, etc. This is completely "sold as is" auction that the company does for the city of Oakland. I've been to them before. A few awesome deals to be had, and a few "you got what you paid for" deals. Personally, I'd run the VIN through CarFax discreetly (prob like others would do). If it showed no problems, I'd go for it.

They have armed security, etc. on the premises.
