yeah, i think it depends on the overall look of the vehicle it's on. The white letters out on your truck looks sweet!

I just thought I would share, that even if you were unsure it's better than having 2 white letters and 2 without!:rotfl: ... I bought the tires/rims like that used, but i have since had the white letters flipped so they are all the same now. :wootwoot:

My 265/70-17's rubbed like a mofo.... But I'm also running the 1.5" spacer. Couldn't find a set of wheels I like in the 6x5 pattern. I still have more trimming to do, could also be they are a M/T tire too.

Looks good!

Thanks! I was worried about the upper ball joint clearance, but I can still fit a finger thru in there, as you can see in the picture above.

And at full turn, I checked how it looked versus the fender liner, the result is a bit less than a finger but it does clear......

At full turn...toss it in reverse and see if they rub. Seemed to be when mine used to rub the worst.

whats the offset of those wheels you have on it. Im curious if your offset is different than stock or not. That may change how they fit with others trying that size.
looking good!

Maybe the offset from the wheels is the problem and difference ....

25mm offset. Just going to keep cutting where I see it rubbing. Most of it happens while in reverse like Hardtrailz said his was.

A local tire shop has a set of 4- General Grabber AT2 265/70/17, that he swears will fit my stock TB. I call BS after looking at that pic of the 265/65 on stock wheel.

Guess i gotta keep looking. :frown:

Trey, I am not sure how to find out the offset of the wheels?
But they are American Racing "Marin"s if that helps....

Footnote, I still haven't tried the "full turn/in reverse" rub test....Keep forgetting.....
