eBay Listing What were they thinking??

Saw this rot box go for $38k and I'm wondering why. Look close at the pictures and its hard to see a salvageable part. So they no doubt will attach the vin#s to a donor car(probably illegal) and sell it for big $$ as the rare car that it once was and some smuck will be scammed.
Reminds me of a comedians joke, he said that he had the original axe that George Washington used to chop down his father's cherry tree, " I had to replace the head and the handle but, it still occupies the same space".
