Before I got my TB and into modding, building PCs was my main hobby. I was always ordering hundreds of $$ worth of stuff to build a new box. Kinda started to suck though when I ran out of people to convince needed an upgrade, to sell them to :banghead:

Fixed deck fencing that broke in a wind storm last spring. Kind of liked the opening to the pool so I put a opening in half way up

That's one of the things that makes U.S. employment stink compared to U.K. employment. Over there, they're a lot more understanding of illness. And give you a lot more vacation time, which helps keep stress levels down.

Over here, it seems almost like they hire people just to find a reason to fire them, and then spend the rest of the time sweating over the turnover rate.

I agree 100%. However in this instance I actually just got sent home because I probably shouldn't have come in anyway. My boss didn't want to have to send me home but knew that I was in a bad way & sent me home anyway. I am lucky that my job is compassionate enough to do the right thing if somebody is sick, unlike so many other jobs in America. If I'd really wanted to I could have called out sick this morning but I decided against it because well, I'm kind of in charge of half of the kitchen so I really needed to be there.
