SuperSpeedersRob has been dealing with this issue for a while. Trying to get a bumper tie bar for a Ferrari, but the OEM refuses to sell it, without it going thru their shop. So he will also likely love this outcome.

However, that's a ruling in the US, may not help us up here but then a lot of stuff from the US does carry over here.
