One of my friends called me from Autozone one time to come help him, cuz he tried to swap out his battery, but his car wouldn't start. He said he didn't think the cables were on right, but was too embarrassed to ask someone in the store for help. I get there, and he left the protective cap on the + terminal, and clamped over it just like in the pic!!
