O we get weekends but your shift is laid out over 28 days so you work when you work and you are off the rest. That means to me that weekends do not really hold any special meaning as such because my days off may come in the middle of the week or actually on the weekend some times. It works out that we work a Sat. one week and a Sun another week and off 2 weekends
