A quick Googling of the vendor's name MQTAuto shoes they used to sell their crap for $40-50. I guess if they well it for ten times as much, they only have to find 10% as many suckers. I guess they have no other business model.

There is something screwy with this for sure. I had put it on my watch list a long time ago and just left it there. I just noticed the price on it. It was in the ~$50 range. Maybe he meant to put $45.25?
