Superflux LEDs? when I start doing serious modding that's what I want to use.
Yep, they are that style. The part I really like, typical forward voltage is 3.6V. Why do I really like that number you ask? Multiply that by 4, and you get 14.4V. Recognize that number from anywhere in our trucks? :book: Max forward voltage is 4.4V :wooot:

Some bad ass new signals for the retro
Yes sir, that is the plan, eventually. Have some experiments to run first, and also find some projectors to retrofit, but that's a minor technicality.

I'm single so my outlook may be way off for all I know, but I'd be asking her why she hates it so much. I guess I don't get it.

I think it is a woman thing. My wife only cares if it affects us doing something or spending time together. I usually ask first to make sure there are no plans before getting the tools out. She is cool with me buying parts and working on the TB because she likes clothes and shopping.

I mod, she shops. Its a good compromise.

I was told no expensive modding until we get our house stuff squared away with closing and whatnot. Its been so hard to suppress my need

Yea! It's tough. I may have found a loophole for myself lol fiance was complaining about her Avenger's lights last night, which logically means it needs HIDs  and then the Envoy gets some lumped right into the order :wooot:

Haha yes! That's the way to do it. Lol.

I'm pretty sure I convinced my wife last night that I need to get a new front bumper ordered, after I finished tearing it up on a concrete parking spot stop last nite, being it has been missing half of it since Feb wen our truck was stolen.. Won't be painted yet, just primered, but it will at least be a full bumper again finally.

She sees it as me spending money on my rig rather than on the family. It's the only outlet I have for fun and stress relief. I don't have people I consider friends around here, I don't go out drinking, I don't spend nights out. All I wanna do is go outside and mod. Is that really asking much. Mind you my wife had went out and spend every night out this week with her friends while I sit at home with the kids. Since she's been back I've had no free time while I nicely watch the kids so she can have fun. Shame, shame.

That is not a good thing. The same thing happened with my first marriage. The only time I went out she was there and I was the DJ.

Not good at all bro, her idea of having fun is going out with friends, mine is working on truck. Atleast my hobby is right outside, I don't even gotta spend money. Not like I don't have mod stuff here already. She's just dwelling in the past when I used to sneakily but mods. I don't do that anymore. It'll never change. But if she gets a car soon and wants to do stuff to it, maybe then she'll get understand.

Unless there is something in your truck that stands out to her... She probably won't ask for anything.

I thought the Crees would satisfy the bug, but I guess not.

It needs something else. Wish I could find some cheap TBSS bumpers local, that would definitely satisfy the bug.

A lot of people complimented my TB this past week, sucks I can't really do much more unless I can get to Brandon's. It's fun as hell chilling with him

Maybe you just need to have a sit down and go over everything, I mean EVERYTHING, that is a problem/concern for both of you. Get it all out there, the reasons for each one (not just "I don't like it"), and then work through each issue and come to some sort of game plan for each one. Do one of her issues, one of yours, back and forth to keep it as level as possible. Maybe take small steps and focus on one thing at a time.

Again, I may be talking nonsense as I don't know the exact issues and heck I'm as single as they come so no real-world experience with quite the same thing, but it seems like a logical step to me anyway.

That makes very logical sense man, I really do wanna try that. Just always afraid to hear negative feedback about when I bring something up. You know, "woman are never wrong", that's how she can be. So quick to see my faults, but never quick to spot hers.
