I don't know that much about drag racing. Is this guy trying to burn rubber to warm up his wheels so they have better traction? Except he for some reason just keeps putting his front wheels in the air and going down the track instead of spinning them in place?

:rotfl: Me an a few buddies were having some beers last night and started watching funny you tube videos. We watched this one over and over each time focusing on a different person in the boat and seeing where they end up. I gotta say the funniest was the captain :cool: as he shows the real meaning of rag doll effect, when he finally gets up he looks like he just had a fight n lost.

This is one of the first times I can think of where I don't really like the exterior of a car but am still in love with it. The performance sounds like its awesome which is big for me because I have a complex about that (it's an I6 thing, I feel inferior next to you V8 guys), and the interior is just out of this world (I've always had a fantasy about redoing my TB's interior to look something like this, but obviously wouldn't be worth it probably). I do know that these luxury cars depreciate in value way faster than other vehicles because the demographic who buys them typically want them new. So 3 years from now maybe there will be some good deals. Or I can keep dreaming...

hahaha thank you I will! Its been an awesome winter/daily driver. I love having the v8 and posi and having the left lane magically clear out of the way for me on the highway everyday, but I miss the Envoy...even though it will only be N/A this spring and summer I still miss it. I have a few plans for both vehicles :yes:

What's overdrive? (That sticker near the end said something about using overdrive during a high speed pursuit)

The gear in the tranny? Some cops leave it in low or 2nd around town so that the tranny shifts less in city driving.

My wife has overdrive in her F-150. It is a gear that helps to reduce engine speed and fuel consumption while she is driving on the highway for example.

yeah those are all correct it will reduce the engine speed and actually puts the car into its last gear sooner on the highway. :)
