Dang BFF, that sucks. Hope everyone in your TB is ok.
I broke my passenger side too but I glued mine back on and have had no problems yetdmanns67 said:Finally have some time to paint my cowl and wiper arms
Had a little mishap though. Washer nozzle on passenger side must have been a little brittle and snap at the base when trying to remove the rubber fitting
30 minute drive and $20 spent at the stealership What an expensive piece of plastic.

Damn that looks like a tight fit.
It is. Can't even open the doors to the first check stop. When I have a passenger, I'll either leave it in the driveway, or back into the carport, with the nose sticking out so they can open the door all the way under the overhang.Ghoster said:Damn that looks like a tight fit.Parked for the first time at the new place. SS wheels look awesome How do you like the ride?24v 4.2 said:Still getting used to the SS wheels.
I can feel the road a bit more, but I think it actually rides smoother than it did with the 17's.dmanns67 said:SS wheels look awesome How do you like the ride?
That was my initial thought when I got my SS wheels. My tires had about 4/32 of tread left. Once I got new tires on the SS wheels, the ride was very smooth and longer felt every bump/crack in the road.24v 4.2 said:I can feel the road a bit more, but I think it actually rides smoother than it did with the 17's.
Yep 255/50. Not a bad ride; I'm probably just paying more attention to the ride than I was.dmanns67 said:That was my initial thought when I got my SS wheels. My tires had about 4/32 of tread left. What tires do you have 255/50?
Now you just need to put a drop kit on it!Capote said:Chllin in the shade

Funny you should say that considering I have a Belltech Lowing Kit that I still need to have put on . -2 in the front, -3 in the rear (PN#795sp). I wanted to have someone put it on for me, but all these shops around here quoted me outrageous prices. I've had it for like 4 months already I feel like me and my bud might screw it up even though he's very knowledgeable. Now you just need to put a drop kit on it!
Thank you bud, truck just got back from a fresh wash before I took the pictureThat's a sexy shot of your truck.
Those are some sexy rimsCapote said:Chllin in the shade
Thanks man, they're 18" inch Verde Protocol's. I just love the brushed aluminum face with the rest of the wheel being gloss black. Really makes the wheels POP! I get a lot of compliments on them. Makes me feel good about my truckAarkon said:Those are some sexy rims
The only way to learn is by doing it, and if you screw something up, well, yeah you gotta fix it, but that's also how you learn. Been there done that.Capote said:Funny you should say that considering I have a Belltech Lowing Kit that I still need to have put on . -2 in the front, -3 in the rear (PN#795sp).
