So with snow and ice on the roads today, everyone decided to call out of work today. Since my co-worker had been at work since 7am yesterday (she spent the night at the store too), I decided to go in an relieve her so she could go home. But with the weather conditions, I didn't want to take my 2wd Envoy. So, I took my dad's 4wd Sierra 2500HD to work instead! And since it still falls in the GMT spectrum, I figured it belongs here!

Down to the wire now. All I have left to do is adjust my steering, alignment, re-install the head lights and bleed the brakes. Then put the wheels on and go for a ride.

Probably a dumb question: do you do your own alignments, or get it close and then take it to a shop?

I do my own, and occasionally have a shop do it. Last time it was so close they didn't charge me. Once you've had it done, and know what you change for the adjustment it makes it easier to keep it within spec yourself.

Different for every area, however the visa25 or 25off always seem to work when nothing else is available. Luckily we get 50% off for when the Capitals and Wizards win by some number of points, Nationals during baseball season as well. Football one sucks, it was a free topping for every topping when the Redskins won. Well they suck as usual, so it just went to a free topping when the Redskins score, no need to win.
