Yup probably what I'll do. Both sides though, so that they match. OCD and all

I have noticed an annoying vibration in the front at highway speeds that shakes the steering wheel. I'm going to double check things, hoping it is just a wheel balance issue. I did have a slight vibration before doing all this stuff however, but I figured it was probably due to wearing tires that hadn't been balanced since they were new. The lift/tires could have amplified some other underlying issue I suppose, which could be fun to track down.

I did both as well, OCD runs in all of us

As for the vibration, there is a good chance that something from the lift, spacers, etc amplified it. How old are your hubs, ball joint etc. I replaced everything so I did not have to worry about worn components transferring vibration over. Also my truck felt like you said unplanted at first. I think this is the extra height and the stiffer components playing with your mind. Let the suspension settle back in.

Hubs are around 40k miles-ish (Timkens). Passenger CV is 50k miles, driver side is 40k miles. Ball joints 66k miles, but have zero deflection with prybar tested. UCAs are brand new. LCAs and bushings are original, so maybe those, although they still are pretty tight surprisingly. It feels like a rotational vibration to me. Hm, maybe the rotors are messing with me, the brakes are getting worn and they do pulse when braking now (have been for a while). I'll just have to mess with it and track it down. I want to do as much as I can first before I take it to the shop, don't want them double checking the balance, that not being it, then finding it is something else and getting charged for it if I can fix it lol.

Brakes could be a cause, what about the spacer and wheel lugs. Also I known you got new tires but the balance could be off a bit.

Yup double checking all that tomorrow, if everything I find checks out I'm going to have them check the wheel balance.

Pulled in a parking lot and had to take this pic. My brother was with me and he just rolled his eyes. He doesn't get it I guess. Although later we pulled up next to a car like his at a stop light and he commented, "Wow... it looks so small from up here."

Thanks, when I first bought the grill insert it wouldn't fit on the Korean one that was in the truck. So looking on eBay I found that one. It does have the holes for the headlight washers, but they do not seem to stand out terribly. Grill was worth every penny, completely changed the face of the truck.
