For those who might be scratching their heads, he wanted to add emergency lights (strobes) to the headlights but when he drilled into it, it made a bunch of dust that spread all over the inside.

Now, I'm wondering about those clear side lights. I guess those are for Europe? All of North American models are amber as far as I know. Is the bulb for it amber?

Yes FRANCE bulb is white but to restore is US identity , I put in place the orange bulbs.(but in orange the light is not very strong like yours! because the plastic parts is white...

Those do look very good and the price is reasonable. They're bright enough that you would think that they were the old style strobes instead of LED's.
