Pretty much, i'm surprised they didn't leave the box behind the stairs, like the mailman usually does if the box doesn't fit in the p.o. boxes outside. Have to sign a little notice like you would with UPS. All this bs with Fedex, UPS, and now the USPS is annoying the hell outta me. Makes me wanna just pay the 1 day shipping charges to avoid hassle.

We haven't gone on a good ruck in a few months. We did some crazy PT. First was a relay with 53 pound Kettle Bells at like 10,20,30 meters. We had to grab the 1st one place it down at the starting point and so on for the other two. Then we had to pull a 150 pound Skedco 100M. Then after that we had to flip some LMTV tires down to some weight lifting bars and do 25 squats. Then after that, in teams of 5 we had to run down to a specific point with 1 man on a litter and then keep swapping the person in the middle until all of us had been on it once. The litter part just fucked my ankles for whatever reason.

After 4yrs of doing stuff like that it's starting to take a toll. My ankles hurt from time to time. I've had atleast 2 twisted ankles, both on the left. Sprained my back like 2 months ago not doing tire flips properly. And now I feel like i'm getting shin splints

Thats what I call "some good training". I definitely miss group PT.

We like to do a lot of competition based PT lately, when its not a run/and or sprint day. Also play football on Wednesdays
