Tried to do it on my phone the day that we were talking, Dave, wouldn't work but I think it was after hours but they spit an email back pretty quick lol.

Would definitely recommend using a computer for their website, I can't log in on my phone unless I google their log in page and go to it that way. Can't get to it from the mobile version of the website.

TRS is a great company. You have to separate the company from the forum. Basically the forum is a way to spread the word about retrofits, promote the Morimoto brand, and TRS as a company. You definitely do not want to use the forum if you are trying to get an answer from TRS.

I am surprised they get on as much as they do. On top of running a company, doing retros at their shop, R&D of products, answers phone calls/emails, warranty claims, logistics, shipping, receiving, etc.

On another note, I did email them a pic of my broken Morimoto D2S HID bulb and they had me a new one in the mail two days later.

I believe the guys with the screen names TRSMatt, TRSAndrew, etc are owners of the company/high ranking in the company. I have personally received emails from both of them when I had an issue with their products.

It seems that they are involved in every aspect of the company since TRS is relatively new.

I am sure as they grow, they will be able to hire more social media/marketing personnel to take care of their FB page, IG account, and their forum. I know they sponsor other automotive forum websites as well.

I bet TRS would be an awesome place to work. Not sure about the money though. I really want to visit their shop next time I am down near Atlanta.

I have read the back story before, pretty cool. I still consider 10 years as a company relatively new. Two decades and you have made it.

About 2" of snow in the last couple of hours, hell yeah alright. Lets go plying in the snow, lucky for me I have my own wrecker in case i get stuck.
