There are 4bangers that run 10 second quarters well prepped. V8 idle is much different than fewer cylinders naturally aspirated.

Post a video of a well prepped I6 in a TB and then we'll rave.



(Side note my wife plays traditional Swedish folk music in drakt for the American Swedish Institute on the side. I personally want to go snowboard Riksgransen in midsommer.)

Not saying that a v8 is the only thing that sounds good. But I will say that a v8 (a good one like Chevy's 5.7 or 5.3) sounds better than any other engine.
