You've got to find someone you know who knows the good and bad of the job and you trust to pull their weight. Then get them in there. Someone who wouldn't want to put you in a bind or disappoint you. Any chance of that?

Sadly no...the ones i did trust became the ones known as the asshat trio...so that sucks in itself...Seriously thinking about teaching the fiancee how to do it.

If the two of you work there and become indispensable, it could give you bargaining power for wages. The owner/management might worry about both of their better workers not showing, walking out, or quitting at the same time. :undecided:
