In states that require vehicle inspections, but gutting the cat wouldn't matter in that case because you just put it back on after emptying all that crap out. Plus you can truck the computer into thinking it's working when it's gutted to pass inspections if you so happened to live in one of those states

Drone doesn't really bother me, I have cabin drone already at certain RPM's & speed. Don't really listen to music either
