What are you putting HIDs in?

That's what I did, didn't know the title so searched for "random video" in the off-topic section and got two results. HIDs are going in my brothers Z71, y'all have seen a pic of it before with the TB beside it.

Nope, check above. Stang already has HIDs, supposed be getting some 4300k bulbs though Monday.

Ordered the hid set and the bulbs from the same people, got the hid set today because they give free two-day shipping on their sets but not when you just buy bulbs.

You can do quad beams without HIDs in the hi beams. Too long of a warm up time. Plus its not good for HIDs to be turned off and on.

LEDs in the hi beams are the way to go. Unless you do a quad retrofit

Indeed a waste of money because hi and lo is just one bulb and it doesn't focus the HIDs right for that to work.

4300k to 5000k should be the only HIDs sold. Its amazing how people do not research what they buy.

I bought 5000k bulbs for the stang a while back and they were the same color as the 8000k that I had. I think the company had a mix up or their bulbs aren't correctly labeled. The bulbs actually had no label at all telling what they were.

I get my HIDs from the same people every time because my original set hasn't had a bit of trouble. Tried out the new set today (just plugged them into the stangs relay harness) to make sure they worked. Those bulbs seem to be accurately colored.(8k)
