If I'm in France, and a guy in a TB with New York plates tries to pull me over, there's an issue about to happen.

Red and blue strobe lights are for police or other first responders. Pretty sure you get seen by the wrong person here in NY while driving on the roads they may slap you with impersonating an officer. Volunteer fire fighters can have one 360* blue light and that's it.

Hopefully it's for show purposes only, or you fall in the law enforcement occupation

Yes of courses!
it's using only on show car here!
It s not legal to use plates and lights on open road.

In France to inot legal to use on open road, only for private us or closed road for show

I'm the one who brought him over from the OS. He had a pic of his TB with the Eiffel tower in the background.

Definitely #2. Looks like what we would see here.

I think he means "My copy of a US Police vehicle". He writes in "Frenglish" but I have been corresponding with him in French so I know the background of his TB.
 
Rats. I was hoping it meant "mime police" too.

That's what I figured. Just didn't know if your a police officer and just allowed to use your own car or something. I say second video looks cool! I would do that!
 
If you go to the second video, and then look at the videos after it, there is a video that shows a police officer that has an SS for a vehicle, lucky bastard!!
