What worked for me once was disconnecting the battery for a few minutes (re-boot) and everything came to life after that.

No Crank, Like Attempting To Start In Drive

A MAP sensor code shouldn't prevent it from cranking or even starting and may be coincidental. Do the troubleshooting steps for a no crank situation. Also check the ignition switch.

make sure you know what "no crank" means.... that means that the engine does not turn because the starter is not turning.. It does NOT mean "no start NO FIRE" which means the engine is turning but not firing. As suggested, a MAP sensor can not cause a "no crank" condition.
