Has anyone been able to get a hold of Jeff (highvoltage)?

Just wondering who I should contact to get this figured out. I ordered 2 gmt decal's about a month or so ago and havent recieved or even heard anything back. tried inboxing him and posting on one of his threads and got nothing. From what I understand he's been pretty busy. I just want to know how to get this figured out. Any suggestions?

His last log in here was 05-27-2012 at 06:45 PM. I think real life has been demanding his full attention lately. Wish it were otherwise, but it seems not.
