Well here is a write up post about the oil pressure gauge adapter I just made. This is only price effective IF you already have the tools or have access to the tools from work or a friend.
I took a factory oil pressure switch and gutted it using a torch. Then I simply drilled it with a 21/64 drill bit and tapped it with a 1/8th NPT tap. It made an adapter FREE for me instead of buying the only one available from Limeswap for $30 + shipping. (which is not a bad deal, but i save money when I can)
All you have to do is leave the factory oil sensor plug hanging, the cluster continues to lie to you like it knows how much oil pressure you have.
