NEED HELP 97x ignition switch problem

I'm hoping you can help on a similar problem., I have a 2007 97x. Battery drained after sitting for two days ( dash lit up but not enough juice to crank) and after three days battery completely dead (0 volts across terminals). I suspect ignition switch, which now has key locked in it due to anti-theft. Questions: 1. Does my initial diagnosis of ignition switch sound correct, and 2. Any ideas for source for replacement ignition switch. Appreciate the help.

Maybe. Need to do a proper diagnostic first. Have to find where the parasitic power draw is occurring. Is the battery good? Usually the key won't come out if you're battery is low.

Any ideas for source for replacement ignition switch.

A recycler, pick-a-part or eBay. They are NLA new.
