06 9-7x Cold air intake

Is it worth it? I’d like to improve the performance on my 5.3 not just to get more hp etc but just because I think it’s better overall for the life of the engine. Am I correct or??

You mean a HAI? Not worth it IMHO.

You're better off getting a tune. I did and it really woke my old Saab up.

Ok thanks, on mine taking off from a dead stop is slow. I think I’ve read that on these it’s common??

I know mine really woke up after the tune. I thinks it's torque management that kills off the line takeoff. This video shows how TM works. Even though this is for the 4.2, they're all basically the same.

So I found a pedal commander here but called the company direct and they say this won’t work for our vehicles, they say they’re going to fix their site. Anyone know of where I can get something similar?
