Honestly ---> that hose is so big I don't think anything less than a ping-pong ball could plug it up.I was sent your videos on the Trailvoy forum to do the Berryman's fix on the PCV "dirty air" hose. Many thanks for that video, it's awesome, and clearly explains the system and the cleaning process.
I have a follow-up question for you though. Is it the hose that gets plugged up, or something it attaches to in the crankcase, or is it simply a straight port into the crankcase? The hose on mine is split on the intake manifold end, so I'll be replacing it. I wanted to know if replacing the hose also clears the same blockage the Berryman's is trying to dissolve, or can the blockage be beyond the hose inside the crankcase? I did that Berryman's process four times, and still didn't get a vacuum at the dipstick tube.
The problem, as explained in the video - is the runners that feed into the individual intake ports for each cylinder get heavy deposits in them they bake into petrified crud and you have to melt it out with the B12.
You can always remove the intake and poke them clean --- but this is so much neater and I think easier than pulling the intake all the time to clean it out.
Get a new hose before you button it up until the next time you use the B12. Hose clamps are an option as there is no pressure in this side of the system.
