    Green brake fluid ??

I recently changed out the stock rotors and pads on my 2008 TB 4.2. Truck has 120,000 miles on it. I used the brake kit I found on 1aauto.com with ceramic pads that comes with front and rear rotors and pads. I think the cost was around $250.. I removed as much of the old fluid as I could from...

Installing heated seat pads, best place to tap power?

Took your advice and moved it from the front IGN fuse to a fuse that isn't used. My 2008 has a RAIN fuse in the rear fuse box. I think this was used for the rain sensing wipers that my truck doesnt even have. If anyone is considering these warmers, go ahead and order them, they are...

Installing heated seat pads, best place to tap power?

Sorry no pics, but will tell you what I did with detail  The hardest part of the whole install were dealing with the hog rings, and deciding where to tap power. The seat is a little heavy/awkward to remove. Installing the heating pad: To make the job easier on the bottom cushion I...

Installing heated seat pads, best place to tap power?

I bought a relay to use. I tapped power directly at the battery. Is it OK to tape it at the mega fuse? Attached pic shows where I put it in yellow circle. For leg 86 its ok to use tap any switched fuse with a fuse tap? Sorry for all the questions, I really do not want to hurt anything lol.

Installing heated seat pads, best place to tap power?

This is a follow up to my thread on installing 'upgrades' to my truck. I am installing the dorman heated seat kit tomorrow. I was going to use one of my fuse taps on the rear fuse box. Is there a circuit in there that would be safe to use? I see the 20amp fuse for the sun roof, is that...

Were seat warmers an option on these trucks? If so, would I have the wiring harness needed already maybe? I have cloth seats if that matters

    Need more easy upgrades ideas

My 2008 TB is a LS base model. I wanted to add a few easy upgrades and creature comforts, so... * I added the dimming rearview mirror with compass and outside temp * Installed the side mirrors with turn signals and defrost * Added homelink buttons for my garage door * PCMofNC tranny cooler *...

How long do you plan on keeping your Trailblazer / Envoy?

Just wondering how long you plan on keeping your TB/Envoy. I do not have any intention on selling mine in the foreseeable future, or at least until I am no longer able to get parts. I really do love this truck. Even at 11 years old, it still drives really nice, and is perfect for what I need...

Was there ever a group started? As these trucks get older, would be nice to have a group of people who are willing to help each other out. I live in McKinney
