"Winter Rims" - what will fit?

Hey guys just a quick question......

I have stock 17's on my 06 but was wondering if the TB 16's size rims will fit. If so it's a lot easier to find a set of winter studded tires here. I have a guy who buys used tires off EMS fleet vehicles that are basically new and 16's are the easiest to get ( $250 for the whole set installed! ) I looked over his stock and they are like brand new so.....if the 16" TB rims will fit then ......it will be off to the wreckers.....and then a nice set of winter M/S for me!
I was worried they breaks would get in the way but.....not sure so.... My mechanic has 300+ sets of 4 tires 16's on hand right now.

The 16" rims will fit on the SWB models, unless you have changed your front brakes to the larger rotors from the LWB models.

Nope - all stock - SWB model - not the ext. So I should be able to pick up a set of 16" rims and slap them on then??

I'll be checking the local salvage yards tomorrow

Yeah, I actually found a bunch of the spare 17" wheels but I was originally after the 16"...something to consider but since you already have the 16's then that should work.

I've said it a few times, but if you can wing it...... go for the Blizzak DM-V1.
