Water pump bolts

Replacing the water pump for a second time, getting noisy, last changed it in 2010 and did not replace the bolts (probably should have).
Does anyone know the spec?
Do I have to get them from the dealer?

Manual doesn't call for replacing the bolts unless broken or stripped. Spec is 89 inch lbs.

Thanks for the torque spec, I think they get cranked to 33 inch /lbs then to 89.
Still would like to replace them though, they aren't very robust.
