SUPPORT Unable to attach files and pics

Looks like the gremlins are at it again. When trying to upload a file or pics, the error pops up:

The upload failed because the temporary directory was missing. The site administrator will need to resolve this before any files can be uploaded.

LOL! That's in reference to The Flintstones and the Loyal Order of Water Buffaloes who's leader was called the Grand Poobah.
