Hey guys!
Been experiencing for a couple of days. Whenever using my turn signals or hazard lights they freeze after the first blink.. They freeze literally outside too not just on the dashboard.

Anyone experience this before? Maybe my gmos adapter acting up? Or the flasher?

Any input appreciated! Thanks!

Sounds like your flasher module is pooched. You did check all the fuses right?

Don't know off hand but all those related to turn signals and brake lights should be checked.

Do you have standard lamps, or are they LED?

Sounds like the flasher module to me. Odds are very slim that it is a fuse simply because they even turn on. Blown fuse = no light, period.

A flasher can also go nuts if the resistance from the bulbs is not right. Like when you have a bulb out and you get the turbo flash... Thing I am wondering is if there was a chafed wire grounding out or a bad connection somewhere it could cause a frozen flash.

EDIT: Did some research, change out the flasher.. It is correct that it is dead...

Is the flasher module the same thing as the turn signal switch? My left turn signal cuts out and my research lead me to the turn signal switch?

No, they are separate components.

What are your symptoms, maybe we can help?

Basically my left turn signal stopped working. It sometimes comes on but then cuts out, or sometimes it doesn't work at all. Hazards and right turn signal work. I've search around and think it is the turn signal switch. Is there a tutorial on fixing this or do i need to bring it in?

It's been discussed, but I don't recall that a lot of pictures were posted. I may be wrong. If you get the switch on Ebay, just take the plastic cover off the steering wheel area and it should be trivial.
