Treadwright 315/70r17 Section Width

I have looked all over the place trying to find someone who has measured this tire on a 17x9 inch rim. I am planning on putting them on my 2011 ram 1500 but am concerned about rubbing. The treadwright website states a 11.8 inch section width which seems way to narrow for a 315 wide tire. Most manufacturers are about 12.4 to 12.7 and by definition, 315 mm is 12.4 inches. If anyone has these tires mounted on 17x9 rims please either reply or message me if you know how wide the sidewall to sidewall section width is.

An excellent question for Treadwright, who needs to be told tactfully their web site has an error.

HardTRailz, you had a set mounted on 17x9 rims if i remember correctly. I think i read your post a while back. Would you happen to have a definitive measurement off of yours?

That would be awesome! I really appreciate it. I just dont believe 11.8 inch section width from their website. Seems way too narrow.
