Trailblazer Double Dins fit the 97?

Still kind of confused. I figured since all GMT 360's are more or less compatible, that the head units would be too? Apparently not according to Crutchfield. Does anybody know if the tb's head units will fit and if they do not why not?

There weren't any 360s in 97. That was a GMT330 (S10 era) A completely different truck.
