They are the same company. However, if you are buying used, and looking for certified, DONT buy a Kia. If a dealer tells you its Certified they are lieing. Hyundai had to pull the certified ability for Kia dealers, as they were telling customers vehicles were certified, and they werent leading to lawsuits. Look at the Hyundai.
