When I went to redeem it I joked to the gal that ya I said the wait is too long and she starts snapping at her lazyass manager! Wasn't her fault. I had three people ask if I've been helped and I mentioned the cook might can you check on my food? Nothing until the gal that handed me the survey last time shows.
