things to do in salt lake city, utah

I'm going to be in utah for 2 weeks with my job, starting next monday.

I was out in that area for a couple weeks for work and did a little searching for things to do. I love beer and especially a good micro. I found this brewery and great beer and great food. It was just down the road from an out door mall too. The place was called Red Rock Brewery. I highly recommend stopping in at least for some food if not a couple sampler platters of the beer
