The Deer hitting my GMC Truck

Here are some pictures, when the deer hit my truck, it turn and jumped right on my truck, and kept on going, the damage is not that much, just have to replace the front grill part and a couple of light covers, over all it is driveable, and no one got hurt,View attachment 20782

Imagine the nerve of the deer, breaking the truck and then not being able to take the meat home to feed the family.

Glad everyone was okay including the deer. I've seen deer and automobiles turnout a lot worse. That deer meat sure is tempting tho

That sucks. Probably about the best outcome though (besides not hitting it), at least all you need is a grill and no one got hurt.

Wow that was lucky1 I hit one just outside of Manning park heading south on #3.

$2300 damage to my Yota 4x4 pick up back in 1989.

Yes, I am very lucky that it was not worse, thats for sure. Manning Park area is usually a bad area for Deer. I have seen so many vehicles damage and bad accidents from the deers crossing. I am just glad that no one was hurt, a vehicle it can be fixed and people thats a different story.
