Spare Tire Mount

Looking to get a tire mount for the envoy what do you guys think about this one?

Gonna take a bit of Fab work. Since that model doesn't fold, you won't be able to open the rear gate with it attached and the tire on. I've seen some people that have fabbed up ways to fold it, I'm sure someone can jump on and explain what would need to be done.
