Some people should not be allowed to work on vehicles.

Damn...blocked at work, will have to see it later

Imma using 6 nuts on each bolt. Get me an extra 1/2" more of low.

Would tin snips cut the airbags just fine? I'm thinking some rubber epoxy to glue both pieces back once I remove about 1" of the bag's center... :rotfl:

Seriously though, please don't try any of that at home...

:undecided: You couldn't call your truck Harmless anymore... :raspberry:

I am still baffled by this, who seriously gets the idea to do something like that, and I thought heating the springs was ghetto, this takes an entire new approach.

Harmless did you have to go back and add the disclaimer.

NM I take it back, im going to do the reverse of this so I can get some lift. Better yet any one know some one riding "donks, ugh i hate that word", wondering if this is how you get a crown vic to sit higher than my truck stock.

I hope he is tuff. Because if your that stupid your going to need to be tough

I hear that using PVC piping and using longer bolts to extend the struts to the new height is a great, cheap way to get it done.

Use copper pipe to extend the drive shaft.

Again, I jest. Please, do not try that at home either. Hell, don't even do it at work. If you've got a death wish that bad, go out and play catch by yourself with some old lawn darts... :dunce:
