Isn't that the same spot where the control arm is held to the frame? Or is that the Panhard bar? I had something similar on the Avalanche where a lower control arm mount broke off. The frame itself was OK, just had to fabricate and weld on a new mount.
You would have to get under there and do a thorough inspection and use a hammer or welding pick hammer to check the frame. The holding of the brake line or cable is the least of your worries. Check both sides.
