Roadie, in a few other posts you suggested pulling the fuse to the acuators.
I have a 2008 4.2 Trailblazer and the problem I am having is the driver side
heat works but the passanger side is cold and the airflow is acting crazy.

Question is do I pull the fuse with the vehicle in the off position or accessory position,
then wait 30 seconds put fuse back in start vehicle and don't touch controlls for 90 seconds.

if you could walk me through it, it would be appreciated.

Pull the fuse for 30 seconds when the ignition is off. That resets the memory in the controller. Then put it back in, turn the ignition to run, but there's no need to start the engine. Listen for the next 90 seconds as the actuators are all run through their paces. Don't touch the controls or start the engine for 90 seconds. Then you can test the functions with the engine on. If this reset doesn't work, people have reported intermittent success by trying the same procedure another 3-4 times. If this doesn't work, change the offending actuator. Good luck!
