Rear fender rubbing

Has anyone here encountered their tire rubbing the rear fender when the axle is flexing? I was going through some trails after I got my 33's and when I was washing it after I noticed that the tire had rubbed the fender hard enough to mess up a bit of the metal. What are the options for this? More lift? Lower the bump stops?

Add a bumpstop to the bottom plate where the stock one hits. I will find a link for the ones i use.

Are you hitting front/rear or at top of wheelwell. I hit all the way around but i had extended control arms and 35s

I only noticed the top of the wheel well, but I didn't notice it till after and it wasn't flexing super hard. Next time I'm out I'll look at it and see where it wants to rub.
Thank you

If it was broken he would notice the axle pushing out sideways way before rubbing the fenders.
