Since trying to get a lot of power out of the I6 cost a ton of $$$$. I was just thinking about rat rodding it. Plasti dip the wheels red and I got a few bad spots in the paint and just plasti dip the body flat black then lower it a little and some white walls. With rat rods you don't have to work so hard at keeping it clean also.

Just looking for thoughts. Thanks guys and gals.

Seems like it would be hard to get a rat rod look out of a TB. I'd like to see the result. When I think of rat rods I picture an old model vehicle, like 1920-1960 ish. I've never seen something as modern as a TB made into one. Could be interesting!

I'd start by pulling off the front quarter panels followed by a shower of paint stripper. Perhaps hand a grinder to a toddler and let them create a natural rusty look. Cut off the exhaust at before the cats. White walls, chop, and slam. Don't forget some pin striping. :rotfl:

Just the thought of doing that to my truck makes me want to cry. Good luck!
