Hey everyone, I'm Purefection. Some of you may know me from the gmt400 forum. I've been referred to this forum by one of the mods here and decided to check it out.
My name is Austin. I'm from Manitoba Canada. I'm an industrial electrician in the Alberta oil sands.
It all started for me with gmt400. My first truck. 1997 Chevy k1500 eclb. Stolen in 2011 and submerged in a river. Total loss.
I then bought this truck in may of 2012. 1997 gmc k1500 ecsb. Lived and loved this truck, but it was starting to need just a bit too much work for a truck with 400000km on it. Sold it in October 2014.
In December 2011 I purchased a 2007 GMC canyon z71. 3.7l auto crew cab. This is my daily driver and my main focus now. This truck was bone stock when I got it and has recieved a lot of work. Newest picture is a few months old and it has since recieved quite a bit. New tires, headlights, fog lights, grill, and more lift. Currently 4" suspension and 1" body lift on 33x11.5r15 duratracs. I'll post up more of a picture thread eventually but here's a couple for introduction.
I look forward to talking to all of you and learning a lot more!
If anyone ever has electrical questions, or needs wiring diagrams drawn up for any custom relay harnesses for lighting or what ever please don't hesitate to ask. I enjoy doing it and it's my specialty.
